SO honored to have won this week’s challenge. Although I got some flack for turning Helen into a granny. Painted in PS CS6 with just a plain old hard edged round brush. Lots of fun and very entertaining being a part of such a big family of caricaturists online.

Feeling despondent about my colours and inspired by this beautiful piece of art by FocusonForums ( unsure on real name ) I decided to do a color study. May do a few more. Far right is the inspired colour palette. Far left is my model. Middle is my study.
This is a WIP - and admittedly I see that it needs work still. But I want to post the good with the bad so that I force myself to push more.
